CCPA / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This notice applies to California residents and is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Civil Code § 1798.100 et seq.
1. Personal Information We Collect
In the preceding 12 months, HWS.Center has collected the following categories of personal information:

2. Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share certain information (such as analytics identifiers) with advertising or analytics partners in ways that may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA. California residents have the right to opt out of such sharing.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
Email us at privacy@hws.center with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and your name and email address associated with your account.
3. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
Right to Know
You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, complying with legal obligations).
Right to Correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information (including health-related purchase data) to purposes necessary to perform services you request.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a CCPA/CPRA right.
4. How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of the rights above, submit a verifiable consumer request by:
- Emailing privacy@hws.center with “CCPA Request” in the subject line
- Including your full name and the email address associated with your account
- Specifying the right(s) you wish to exercise
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period (up to an additional 45 days). We may ask for information to verify your identity before processing your request.
5. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit CCPA requests on your behalf. We will require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.
