Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time may be processed the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and are subject to carrier conditions and geographic location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote, rural, or P.O. Box addresses may require additional transit time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — any applicable threshold or promotion will be shown during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active with the carrier.
5. Delays & the FTC 30-Day Rule
Under the FTC Mail or Telephone Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated (or within 30 days if no timeframe is specified), we are required to notify you promptly and offer you the choice to:
- Accept the new, revised shipping date, or
- Cancel your order for a full refund
If you do not respond to a delay notice, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control do not alter your right to cancel.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at support@hws.center within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged deliveries, photographic evidence of the damage to the package and its contents.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate. We are not responsible for packages reported as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen; however, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. Address correction fees charged by carriers may be passed on to the customer.
8. International Shipping
At this time, HWS.Center ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available. We do not currently offer international shipping. We will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
9. Sustainable Packaging
Consistent with our commitment to sustainability, HWS.Center uses packaging materials that are recyclable, made from recycled content, or biodegradable wherever operationally possible. We work with our fulfillment partners to minimize packaging waste and avoid single-use plastics.
