Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from HWS.Center within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Items eligible for return:

• Unopened and unused products in original, undamaged packaging
• Products with all original seals, labels, and accessories intact
• Items received in error or not matching your order

Items not eligible for return:

• Opened dietary supplements, consumables, or edible products — for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable items
• Essential oils and topical products that have been opened or used
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
• Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
• Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team before shipping any items back to us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

1. Email support@hws.center with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, include your RMA number visibly on the outside of the package, and ship using a trackable carrier.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of our determination. If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to eligible non-defective returns. This will be disclosed in your RMA confirmation email before you ship.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. If the exchange is due to a product defect or our fulfillment error, we will cover any associated shipping costs.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hws.center and include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

We will promptly arrange a replacement, full refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

6. California Consumer Rights

California consumers also have rights under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1750 et seq.) and other applicable state consumer protection laws. This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights you may have under applicable law.
