Referral Rewards Program Terms
Version 1.0.0 — Effective June 28, 2026 — WINGUARDIAN.NET LLC d/b/a HWS.Center
Share what you love. When you refer a friend to HWS.Center and they make a qualifying purchase, you can both earn rewards — subject to the terms below. Please share honestly: tell people you may earn a reward.
1. The Program
WINGUARDIAN.NET LLC, doing business as HWS.Center (“HWS.Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), offers a Referral Rewards program that lets existing customers (“Referrers”) invite friends (“Referred Friends”) to shop with us. These Terms govern participation and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- Referrers must have a valid HWS.Center account and be 18 years or older.
- Referred Friends must be new customers who have not previously purchased from HWS.Center and who use the Referrer’s unique referral link or code.
- Self-referrals do not qualify. You may not refer yourself or create accounts to redeem your own referral.
- The program is void where prohibited and is currently available only to customers in jurisdictions where we offer it.
3. How Rewards Work
- A reward is earned when a Referred Friend completes a qualifying purchase using the Referrer’s link or code, as described at the time of the offer.
- Reward type and amount (for example, store credit or a discount) are shown in the current offer and may change over time.
- Rewards typically post after the Referred Friend’s order passes our return and fraud-review window.
- Any reward thresholds, caps, or limits per account are stated in the current offer.
The specific reward terms presented to you at the time you participate control if they differ from the general description here.
4. No Cash Value
Rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, auctioned, or combined with other offers except as we expressly allow. Store credit and discounts may expire and may be subject to additional conditions stated at issuance. Rewards are personal to your account.
5. Honest Sharing — Required Disclosure
Because you can earn a reward for referring others, the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides require you to clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship whenever you recommend HWS.Center. A simple, honest statement — such as “I may earn a reward if you buy through my link” — placed where people will see it, satisfies this duty. When posting on social media, make the disclosure plain (for example, “#ad” or “Sponsored” is not enough on its own if buried).
Please share only truthful information. Do not make health, medical, or disease-treatment claims about our products, do not promise results, and do not say anything misleading about HWS.Center or our products. Endorsements must reflect your honest experience.
6. Anti-Abuse & Fraud
To keep the program fair, the following are prohibited and may result in forfeited rewards and removal from the program:
- Creating fake, duplicate, or automated accounts; self-referrals; or referrals to yourself or your own household for the purpose of earning rewards.
- Spamming, unsolicited bulk messaging, or posting referral links on coupon, deal-aggregation, or unauthorized sites.
- Misrepresenting your relationship with HWS.Center, impersonating us, or making false or deceptive statements to obtain referrals.
- Buying or selling referral links or codes, or any other manipulation of the program.
- Any activity that violates our Terms of Service or applicable law.
We may withhold, reverse, or cancel rewards we reasonably believe were obtained through ineligible, fraudulent, or abusive activity, and we may verify referrals before issuing rewards.
7. Changes to or Ending the Program
We may modify, suspend, or end the Referral Rewards program, or change these Terms or any offer, at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law. Changes will not retroactively cancel rewards you have already validly earned and that have posted to your account, except where required to address fraud or abuse or as required by law. The current version and effective date appear at the top of this page.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive. Depending on the value of rewards and your circumstances, rewards may be taxable, and we may be required to report them. This is general information only and not tax advice — please consult a qualified tax professional about your situation.
9. Privacy
When you refer a friend, share only contact information you are authorized to share, and only with people who would welcome hearing from you. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you send referral messages yourself, you are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act.
10. Fair Dealing
We operate this program consistent with the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act, the Unfair Competition Law (B&P §17200), and the False Advertising Law (B&P §17500). Nothing in these Terms waives any right you cannot waive under California or federal law.
