Subscribe & Save / Automatic Renewal Terms

1. What Subscribe & Save Is

WINGUARDIAN.NET LLC, doing business as HWS.Center (“HWS.Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), offers Subscribe & Save, an optional program that delivers your chosen products on a recurring schedule at a discount off the one-time price. These Terms supplement our Terms of Service, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. Enrolling in Subscribe & Save is entirely optional and is never required to make a one-time purchase.

2. Recurring Charges, Billing Cadence & Price

When you enroll, you agree to the following recurring terms, which we also disclose clearly and conspicuously at checkout before you confirm:

• What you are charged for: the subscription product(s) you select, at the subscription price shown at checkout.
• How often: on the recurring delivery interval you choose (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). The interval you select is shown before you confirm.
• Amount: the per-shipment price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, charged automatically on each delivery date.
• Duration: the subscription continues until you cancel. There is no fixed end date unless you set one.

You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on file for each recurring shipment until you cancel.

3. Your Affirmative Consent

We enroll you in Subscribe & Save only after you give your affirmative consent to these automatic renewal terms. At checkout, you must take a clear, separate action — such as checking a box that is not pre-checked — specifically agreeing to the recurring charge before any subscription is created. We do not enroll you automatically, and consent to recurring billing is never a condition of a one-time purchase.

4. Confirmation & Acknowledgment

After you enroll, we will send you a confirmation (acknowledgment) email that you can keep. It will restate the automatic renewal terms, the recurring price and cadence, our cancellation policy, and clear instructions and a link for how to cancel. We will also send a reminder before certain renewals where required and surface your active subscription details in your account.

5. How to Cancel — Easy Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation is at least as easy as signing up. Because you enroll online, you can cancel online — without calling us, without speaking to a representative, and without completing any retention steps you do not wish to take.

• Sign in to your account, open Subscriptions, and select Cancel on the subscription you want to end; or
• Use the cancellation link in any Subscribe & Save confirmation or reminder email; or
• Email support@hws.center and we will process your cancellation promptly.

To stop the next shipment, cancel before that shipment’s billing date. Cancellations take effect for shipments not yet processed; you may keep any benefits through the period you have already paid for. You can also pause, skip, or change the interval of a subscription at any time from your account.

6. Price Changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you clearly and in advance and, where required by law, obtain your consent before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before any price change applies if you do not wish to continue.

7. Refunds & Returns for Subscription Orders

Refunds and returns for products received through Subscribe & Save are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including its conditions for opened consumable items. Canceling a subscription stops future charges; it does not by itself refund shipments already delivered. If a recurring shipment was charged in error, or arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right consistent with the Refund & Return Policy and your rights under California law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our program. The version number and effective date at the top of this page reflect the most recent revision. Material changes affecting your subscription will be communicated to you, and your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
