1. About These Tools

WINGUARDIAN.NET LLC, doing business as HWS.Center (“HWS.Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers interactive, client-side wellness tools to help you explore general wellness topics and learn about the products we carry. This Disclaimer governs your use of the following tools:

• Symptom-to-Supplement Router — lets you select general wellness goals or how you are feeling and suggests broad product categories you may wish to explore.
• Ingredient Bio-Decoder — explains, in general structure/function terms, what common supplement ingredients are and the role they may play in supporting normal body function.
• OTC Contraindication Checker — flags potential interactions among supplements and over-the-counter items you select, as general informational reference only.

By using any of these tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer, our Health Disclaimer, and our Terms of Service.

2. Educational Information Only — Not Medical Advice

Our wellness tools provide general information for educational purposes only. They do not provide medical advice and are not a diagnostic, treatment, or clinical decision-making service. Nothing these tools generate — including category suggestions, ingredient explanations, or interaction flags — is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or health condition, or to recommend or determine a course of treatment for you.

We are a retailer of wellness products, not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or medical practice. No licensed professional reviews your individual inputs, and no professional duty of care arises from your use of these tools.

4. Structure/Function Information, Not Disease Claims

Where our tools describe what an ingredient is or how it may support normal body function, those descriptions are structure/function statements permitted under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) and FDA regulations at 21 CFR Part 101 (for example, “supports immune health” or “promotes relaxation”). They are not claims that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA.

We design these tools to provide truthful, non-misleading information consistent with the California False Advertising Law (B&P §17500) and FTC guidance, and we do not use them to imply that any supplement is a substitute for medication or medical treatment.

The Symptom-to-Supplement Router suggests general product categories based on the wellness goals you select. Suggestions are starting points for your own research and for a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional — they are not recommendations, prescriptions, or assurances of any result.

The Ingredient Bio-Decoder provides general, educational explanations of common ingredients in structure/function terms. It is reference information only, may not reflect the latest science, and is not specific to any individual product formulation, dose, or to your personal health needs. Always review the actual Supplement Facts panel and label of a product, and consult a qualified professional before relying on any ingredient information.

7. OTC Contraindication Checker — Important Limitations

The Checker draws on a general reference database and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate for your situation. It cannot detect every possible interaction, does not account for your dosage, timing, health conditions, genetics, or all the products you actually take, and a result of “no interaction found” does not mean a combination is safe for you. Absence of a flag is not assurance of safety.

Before combining any supplements or over-the-counter products — and especially before combining anything with a prescription medication — speak with a licensed pharmacist or your physician. They can review your complete medication list and health history, which this tool cannot do.

8. Always Consult a Professional — Pregnancy & Medications

Consult your physician or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or combining any supplement, especially if you:

• Are pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant
• Are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications
• Have a pre-existing medical condition or known allergies
• Are preparing for surgery or another medical procedure
• Are managing the health of a child or older adult

Supplements can interact with medications and with each other, and some are not appropriate during pregnancy or nursing. A licensed professional can help you decide what is safe and appropriate for you.

You are responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting qualified professionals.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or waives any right you cannot waive under California or federal law. In particular, this Disclaimer does not disclaim or limit the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Civil Code §§ 1790–1795.8), and it does not limit any remedy available to you under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1750 et seq.) or other applicable consumer protection laws. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
